Ingredients
– 2 cups of chicken broth

– 2 cups of egg noodles
Method
1. In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
3. Stir in the thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the cooked chicken and egg noodles to the pot. Let it cook for another 10 minutes until the noodles are tender.
5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed before serving.
