Ingredients
– 500 g ground chicken
– 1 cup chopped onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chopped bell pepper
– 1 cup diced zucchini
– 400 ml canned diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large pan, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until it’s no longer pink.
3. Add chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
