Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked rice

Method
1. Start by cooking the diced chicken in a large pan over medium heat until it’s no longer pink.
2. Add the corn, black beans, and red bell pepper to the pan, stirring to combine.
3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix everything well and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the salsa over the mixture and stir until heated through.
5. Serve the chicken mixture over rice and top with shredded cheese.
