Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, julienned
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 2 cups cooked rice vermicelli
- 500 g pork mince
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 10 rice paper wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method
- Combine pork mince, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix everything well.
- Add julienned carrots, zucchini, and cooked rice vermicelli to the pork mix. Stir until combined.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until it softens.
- On a clean surface, lay the softened wrapper, add a scoop of the filling, and roll it up tightly, folding in the edges.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolled wrappers until golden and crispy on both sides.
