Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish or line it with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
