Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, sliced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 1 large tomato, diced
– 1 cup lettuce, shredded
– 4 large tortillas
– 1 cup yogurt
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken slices to the pan and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the chicken is brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
3. While the chicken cooks, prepare the veggies by slicing the cucumber and dicing the tomato.
4. Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in another pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the wraps by placing cooked chicken, veggies, yogurt, and lemon juice onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly and enjoy.
