Ingredients
– 1 cup raw cashews
– 1 cup water
– 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried dill

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
1. Start by soaking the cashews in water for about 15 minutes.
2. Drain the cashews and place them into a blender.
3. Add water, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion powder, dill, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice into the blender.
4. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
5. Pour the dressing into a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
