Ingredients
– 1 cup of flour

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with some butter.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
3. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until well combined and smooth.
4. Gently fold in the mixed berries so they are evenly distributed.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
