Delicious Burrata With Asparagus And Pancetta Recipe To Try

Ingredients

– 200 g pancetta, diced
– 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
– 250 g burrata cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Lemon, for zest and juice
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Method

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced pancetta until crispy. Remove it from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the trimmed asparagus to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns bright green and is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Plate the asparagus and top it with burrata cheese. Crumble the crispy pancetta over everything.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice and zest, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
