Ingredients
1 large ripe pear
100 g of prosciutto
100 g of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
100 g of mixed nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)
1 small loaf of crusty bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Method
1. Start by slicing the pear into thin wedges. Remove the seeds and core.
2. Lay out a slice of prosciutto and spread a little cream cheese on it. Take a pear wedge and place it on top.
3. Roll up the prosciutto around the pear and cheese, making sure it is well wrapped.
4. In a small bowl, mix honey, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Arrange the rolls on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and honey mixture. Serve with sliced bread and nuts on the side.
