Ingredients
1. 1 kg turkey

10. 2 cups cranberries

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Rinse the turkey inside and out, then pat it dry with paper towels.
3. Melt butter in a pan, then add onion and celery, cooking until soft.
4. Stir in bread cubes, sage, salt, and pepper, mixing well to create a stuffing.
5. Stuff the turkey loosely with the bread mixture and place it in a roasting pan. Pour chicken broth over the turkey.
