Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. In a large saucepan, combine the turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and milk over medium heat.
3. Mix the flour, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add it to the saucepan, stirring until the mixture thickens.
4. Pour the turkey filling into a pie dish. Cover it with the pastry, sealing the edges. Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.
5. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
