Cheesy Baked Pasta
Ingredients
250 g dried pasta
500 ml marinara sauce
300 g shredded cheese
150 g diced cooked chicken
100 g frozen peas
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain it and return the pasta to the pot.
Stir in marinara sauce, diced chicken, frozen peas, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well mixed.
Pour half of the cheesy mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
Add the remaining pasta mixture and then cover it with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
