Ingredients
375 ml milk
60 g butter
300 g self-raising flour
100 g brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g sugar
40 ml water
100 g pecans or walnuts
100 g raisins
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with milk, then add self-raising flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to form a dough.
3. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with sugar, nuts, and raisins.
4. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into pieces, placing them in the baking dish.
5. Mix water and any remaining sugar, then pour over the sliced buns before baking for about 20-25 minutes.
