Andes Mint Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
600 ml heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon peppermint extract
1 cup Andes mints, crushed
Method
1. Start by whisking together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
2. Add peppermint extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
3. Fold in the crushed Andes mints gently.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, allowing it to set until firm.
