Baked Fish in Coconut Milk Recipe
Ingredients
600 g white fish fillets
400 ml coconut milk
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the onion, garlic, and ginger in an oven-safe dish.
Pour the coconut milk over the top and mix in lime juice and fish sauce.
Arrange the fish fillets on the coconut milk mixture.
Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
