Ingredients
2 cups chickpea flour
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Mix in chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Gradually pour in water while continuously mixing to form a smooth batter.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until thickened. Serve with yogurt and drizzle lemon juice on top, garnishing with fresh coriander leaves.
