Ingredients
500 g of cooking apples
100 g of sugar
300 ml of water
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
100 g of butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
300 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Method
Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
Combine apples, sugar, and water in a pot.
Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until the apples are soft.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, then combine it all to form a dough.
