Ingredients
500 g macaroni
1,000 ml water
2 teaspoons salt
250 g shredded cheese
250 ml milk
60 g butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Pour water into the pressure cooker.
Add macaroni and salt.
Close the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
Once cooked, carefully release the pressure.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
