Method
Start by placing the chopped cabbage in a large bowl.

Next, stir in the caraway seeds, peppercorns, carrots, onion, garlic, and water.
Pack the mixture tightly into a clean glass jar or container.
Finally, pour the apple cider vinegar over the top, making sure everything is submerged.
