Delicious Hoisin Duck Rolls: A Flavorful Recipe You’ll Love

Ingredients

– 2 cups shredded cooked duck
– 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
– 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
– 4 large rice paper wrappers
– Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
– Chopped peanuts, for topping
– Lime wedges, for serving

Method

1. In a bowl, combine the shredded duck, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until everything is coated.
2. Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
3. Place some duck mixture, cucumber, and carrot strips in the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the sides over the filling and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
5. Repeat with remaining wrappers. Serve the rolls with lime wedges, garnish with cilantro, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
