Delicious Turkish Chicken Salad Recipe For Healthy Meals

Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cucumber, diced
– 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
– 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Start by placing the shredded chicken in a large bowl.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
3. Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the salad.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
