Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup carrot, sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 can (400 ml) diced tomatoes
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 cup cheese, shredded
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Cook the onion and garlic until they are soft.
3. Add the diced chicken. Brown it for about five minutes.
4. Stir in the carrots, broccoli, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and oregano. Cook everything for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
