Method
1. Begin by cooking the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool.

3. Once the rice is ready, combine it in a large bowl with the carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, mango, and prawns.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, and sweet chili sauce to create a dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the rice mixture. Toss everything together gently and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
