Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 cup applesauce
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix both types of flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in applesauce, milk, and vegetable oil until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
