Ingredients
1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of brown sugar
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of molasses
1 cup of almond milk
¼ cup of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a pie dish and set it aside.
In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and baking soda.
Stir in molasses, almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
