Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk
400 g fish fillets, cut into sticks
1/4 cup oil, for frying
Method
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip each fish stick into the milk, then coat it with the flour mixture.
Next, roll the coated sticks in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the fish sticks in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
