Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Chives, finely chopped, for garnish
Method
Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for another 5 minutes.
Carefully take the eggs out and place them in cold water to cool. Once cool, peel the shells off.
Cut each egg in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. In the bowl, mix in mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fill the egg whites with the mixture. Sprinkle paprika and chives on top for garnish.
