Ingredients
1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
3. Add pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
