Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornflour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
1 pre-made pie crust
1 cup of whipped cream
Method
Combine sugar, cornflour, and salt in a saucepan.
Gradually add milk while stirring, then heat over medium until thickened.
Remove from heat and mix in butter and vanilla, stirring well.
Slice bananas and layer them in the pie crust.
Pour the pudding over the bananas and top with whipped cream.
