Delicious Mutta Salna Recipe: South Indian Egg Drop Gravy

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
4 hard-boiled eggs
400 ml of coconut milk
Salt to taste

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to pop.
2. Stir in the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down. Mix in ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
4. Pour in the coconut milk. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and gently add them to the gravy.
5. Season with salt. Allow everything to cook for an additional 5 minutes and then serve.
