Ingredients
4 pieces of naan bread
4 large eggs
8 slices of bacon
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 tbsp of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chives, chopped (for garnish)
Hot sauce (optional)
Method
1. Begin by cooking the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Once done, place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
2. In the same pan, melt the butter over low heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and gently cook them sunny-side up. Season with salt and pepper.
3. While the eggs are cooking, heat the naan bread in a toaster or on a hot skillet for about a minute on each side.
4. Once the eggs are cooked, layer each naan with two pieces of bacon, an egg, and a sprinkle of cheese.
5. Add chopped chives on top for garnish. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
