Delicious Nduja Fried Eggs Recipe: A Spicy Breakfast Treat

Ingredients
200 g nduja sausage
4 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Crusty bread, for serving

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Squeeze out the nduja into the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 2-3 minutes until sizzling.
3. Crack each egg into the skillet carefully, allowing them to cook on top of the nduja.
4. Add vinegar around the edges of the pan and season with salt. Cover the skillet and let cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread on the side.
