Ingredients
8 rashers of bacon
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 slices of bread
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons butter
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Cheese slices
Method
Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy.
Fry the eggs in the leftover bacon fat, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Assemble the sandwiches by layering lettuce, bacon, a fried egg, tomato, and cheese between two slices of bread.
Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich and grill each side until golden brown.
