Ingredients
– 1 cup of plain flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking tray.
2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
3. Add in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well blended before the next.
4. Stir in the vanilla, milk, baking powder, and salt. Finally, mix in the flour until smooth.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
