Ingredients
2 cups pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and golden.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Top with shredded cheese and garnish with parsley.
