Ingredients
– 400 g chicken breasts, diced

– 1 bell pepper, chopped
– 1 can (400 ml) diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1 cup grated cheese
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic, then sauté until soft and fragrant.
3. Toss in the diced chicken and cook until browned all over.
4. Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
