Ingredients

– 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes

– 200ml chicken broth

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3. Stir in chicken and cook until browned.
4. Mix in bell pepper, smoked paprika, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and oregano.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes, then serve over cooked rice.
