Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 cup milk
– ½ cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a 23 cm round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check if a toothpick comes out clean before removing it from the oven.
