Ingredients
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup butter, softened
– 2 eggs

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish or line it with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, cream the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until everything is combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
5. Fold in the chopped nuts, then pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
