Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– 1 cup milk
– ½ cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs

– Icing sugar for dusting (optional)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, beat the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until everything is combined. Fold in the mixed berries.
5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Bake it for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
