Ingredients

Method
1. Rinse the salad greens and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Combine the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and red onion in a large bowl.
3. Mix in the olives and feta cheese to the vegetable mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
