Ingredients
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl, beating well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
